We are closing three trusts and moving them into an LP. Is there a way to transfer the data files from three entities into one without entering each asset individually?

And, since we will have more entities than 10 for the year of transfer, we need to add another 5 entities. How much?

Thanks, Jane

Unfortunately, there is no way to automatically combine entities. You can save a lot of keystrokes by copying the trust with the most accounts and renaming it with the LP name. Then manually enter the accounts from the other two trusts. See new entity for instructions how to copy an entity. Back up your data first
If you have Advanced Reports 8.2, you can run a report that totals each account in the three trusts. Then you can compare those totals to your new combined LP accounts and verify that they match.
Our Sales department will contact you with information about adding additional entities.
