I have more than 25 partners which is the current limit. How can I increase this?

This limit has been increased in the FN 8.1 version.

There are now 90 categories in the equity section of FN 8.1. There can be 90 partners in each entity with each partner having their own equity category with any number of accounts for that partner in the category.

If only one account is needed per partner, then the number of partners is limited by the number of accounts allowed in the FN edition (e.g., 8000 accounts in Professional Office Edition).
