Tried running software update behind a firewall and it fails.What are the solutions?

To get the software update to run behind a firewall, the port 21 used for FTP needs to be enabled for the site ftp://www.finnav.com/ftp/
or specifically the file(s)
ftp://www.finnav.com/ftp/fnwin80x.exe for FN version 8.0Alternatively, you can access the same software update files thru the browser as described at Get Software Update thru browser
