I received notice of a reply to my second follow-up to my printing problem, but when I went to the site there is no answer following my posting. Am I doing something wrong?

Technique:
Go to the topic page and hit "refresh" (in Internet Explorer) or "reload" (in Netscape). Explanation:
If you're not seeing the latest information on a page, your browser is displaying old information in its cache. Using "refresh" or "reload" will cause you browser to go to the web site and get the current information.

Sometime selecting Refresh still doesn't work, because it doesn't really refresh the Web page. To force a refresh:- Hold down the Ctrl key (Internet Explorer).
- or -
Hold down the Shift key (Netscape). - Select Refresh.
- Release the Ctrl key.
