If you have two Forum user names registered to the same e-mail address, you won't be able to retrieve your password with the "Forget your password?" feature.If you think you've registered twice, send an e-mail to fniforum@finnav.com. Tell us which user name you want to delete and we'll take care of it.
NOTE: If you can't remember your user names, just tell us the e-mail address you registered with and we'll track it down.
