On some occasions there are compatibility issues with running BrokerLink on Microsoft Vista. The problem arises when after installing BrokerLink and you try to open BrokerLink from Financial Navigator that nothing happens and the program does not open. To fix this you must navigate to the folder where you installed BrokerLink, usually c:\program files\fn and right-click the brokerlink.exe and selecting properties. Click on the compatibility tab and put a check mark in the box for Run this program in compatibility mode for: check box. Select Windows XP and hit ok. Now BrokerLink should open the next time you try and run it from Navigator.------------------ Toby Technical Support
