On some occasions there are compatibility issues with running BankLink on Microsoft Vista. The problem arises when after installing BankLink and you try to open BankLink from Financial Navigator that nothing happens and the program does not open. To fix this you must navigate to the folder where you installed BankLink, usually c:\program files\fn and right-click the banklink.exe and selecting properties. Click on the compatibility tab and put a check mark in the box for Run this program in compatibility mode for: check box. Select Windows XP and hit ok.
