Topic: Can't find BankLink

I have BankLink 8.2. At least I thought I did. But when I select Transactions | Download BankLink Transactions, nothing happens. And on the Transaction Activity screen, I see Import BrokerLink Transactions but not Import BankLink Transactions. Where did BankLink go?

If BankLink (or BrokerLink) is not installed, you can't select them. They easiest fix is to reinstall BankLink from the CD. If you have a server and workstations, select Workstation Install and make sure the next screen points to the Navigator program folder on the server.If you are pretty sure BankLink was already installed on your computer, here's another way to fix it. - Close Navigator.
- Select Start | My Computer to open Windows Explorer.
- Select Local Disk C:.
- Select Windows.
- Open FNWIN.INI.
- Find the line "BankLink Transactions=1". If that line does not exist, paste it in the file after the "RecentFile..." section.
- Close and save FNWIN.INI.
- Start Navigator. If BankLink still does not appear, reinstall BankLink from the CD.
