When I'm entering transactions, the wrong account name always comes up when I enter a particular payee. I don't know how to change this.

You need to change the automatic entry associated with that payee. Here's how to do it:
  1. Select Transactions | Automatic Entries from the main menu.

  2. Select the payee or payor you wish to change, and then select OK.

  3. Edit the Automatic Entry screen. Since you want to change the account that comes up in transaction entry for this payee, simply select the first line in the "Account" column.

  4. Drop down the Account list box by clicking on the down arrow in the Account column. Select the account you want to use for this payee, and then select OK.

  5. Select OK to save the Automatic Entry you have just edited.
