Topic: Wrong account comes up in entry

When I'm entering transactions, the wrong account name always comes up when I enter a particular payee. I don't know how to change this.

You need to change the automatic entry associated with that payee. Here's how to do it:
- Select Transactions | Automatic Entries from the main menu.
- Select the payee or payor you wish to change, and then select OK.
- Edit the Automatic Entry screen. Since you want to change the account that comes up in transaction entry for this payee, simply select the first line in the "Account" column.
- Drop down the Account list box by clicking on the down arrow in the Account column. Select the account you want to use for this payee, and then select OK.
- Select OK to save the Automatic Entry you have just edited.
