This is a problem in the earlier releases of 8.0 (8.0.2 and earlier). Run Software Update and download the latest version and you will not have this problem.As a workaround in 8.0.2 and earlier, do the following:
- Go to Transaction Entry and select an account.
- From the Transaction Entry menu, select View | Running Balance. The "Charge" column is no longer the last column on the screen.
- Adjust the width of the Charge column as you normally would.
- Select View | Running Balance again to turn off the display of the Balance column.
