Setting up an automatic entry for a General Journal entry is much like setting up any other automatic entry. Please refer to the following Financial Navigator documentation for the step-by-step process of setting up an Automatic Entry:

NOTE:
In your situation, the key thing to remember is that all General Journal entries are multiple distributions. This means that you simply type a single asterisk (*) on the first line of the Account column. Press Tab. Financial Navigator will automatically place ***Multiple Distribution on the first line of the Account column. Move to the second line of the Account column and enter the first account in your distribution.
