What is the dollar limit for deposits and for charges? $99,999??

Data limits/parameters for FN are in the onscreen Help under "Data limits". For deposits, checks, charges, transfers, or withdrawals, the maximum transaction amount is $85,000,009.99.

Make sure your dep/chg column is wide enough to accomodate the larger number prior to entry.
