I've entered transactions that "do not add up." The running balance along the right side of the Trans Entry/Change Review screen shows the correct balance, but the balance shown in the box in the middle bottom of the screen is different. This different (wrong) balance is carried forward to the next month, therefore distorting balances going forward.

What can I do to correct?

The first thing to try when your monthly balance differs from your running balance is to use the Test & Correct Utility in Financial Navigator. Specifically, you will want to run the Balances for Account test.
