I have several payees entered twice with slightly different spellings or one with capital and one with lower case letters, etc. I would like to delete the second ones. I would also like to correct a couple entered only once but spelled incorrectly. I can't find this in my training guides. I have FN 8.0. Please help. Thank you.

Hello Beth, thank you for posting your question.

You can delete or rename Payees by doing the following:

1. From the FN menu, select Transactions | Change or Delete Payee/Payor Name.

2. Select the Payee/Payor you would like to change or delete and select OK.

3. Enter a new name for the Payee/Payor or select the Delete button to remove the Payee/Payor.
