I was setting up recurring entries with auto entries. When I got finished selecting the accounts for auto entry, I saved and went home. I didn’t enter any amounts yet. I was just trying to get the account set-up how I wanted. When I came in this morning, I found the recurring entries in the list of payee/payors but when I selected the auto entries all the accounts I added were not there. Is this because you have to enter amounts for those accounts to stay “remembered” in the auto entry field?I was going to go back today and reenter everything but then I thought that might be the problem. If that is the case I don’t want to waste my time again. Thanks.

I'm not sure what you mean by "recurring entries." I'm guessing you are referring to Navigator's Automatic Entry feature. Navigator also has Periodic Transactions, but that's another topic. Navigator "remembers" the entries you make the first time you use a Payee/Payor. That becomes the Automatic Entry for that Payee/Payor. You can change, review, or create an Automatic Entry for any Payee/Payor by selecting Transactions | Automatic Entries. It sounds like you may have started to set up a Multiple Distribution while entering a transaction on the Transaction Activity screen. If you did not finish entering the transaction, it would not be saved. Let me know if this information helps. You might also look up "Automatic entries" in Navigator help. The complete list of codes you can use is hard to find in help. However, it is worth looking up and printing. To view the list of Action Codes: - Open Navigator 8.2 Help.
- Select the Search tab.
- Enter "code" in the 1. Type the word(s) you wish to find box.
- Select the first code in the 2. Select matching words to narrow search box.
- Select Action Codes in the 3. Choose topic to display box. The list of Action Codes appears on the right side of the screen.
- Select Print to print the list for future reference.
