I need to use 5-10 custom multiple distributions over and over. Can I do that in Navigator?

Good question. When you create a new Payee/Payor, whatever that transaction is is saved as a multiple distribution always associated with that Payee/Payor. Navigator calls this an Automatic Entry.

You can turn off that association. Select a transaction on the Transaction Activity screen. Then select Tools | Null Auto Entry.

You can re-associate a transaction's multiple distribution the same way: Select Tools | Save Auto Entry.

You can edit an Automatic Entry. Select Transactions | Automatic Entries on the Navigator desktop or Tools | Automatic Entries on the Transaction Activity screen. For information about the using Action codes to automate transaction entry, look up Automatic Entries in the Navigator online help index, select Action Codes, and then select Automatic Entry Action Codes.
