I use Microsoft Live OneCare. During installation of Navigator 9.0, OneCare's Firewall asked for permission to access the Internet, and I said OK. Then when I started the program it asked for permission again.

I successfully performed the conversion of my existing data. I have the sample data and one year of my actual data on the "Open" box. When I click on my data, I get an error message that says that the data is already in use. I'm on a stand-alone computer and the data is NOT in use. This happens even after I restart the system.
